This Digital Products Policy governs the sale, delivery, and usage of all digital content and course materials provided through Flowers By G Bella, taught by a professional wedding floral designer. By purchasing or accessing any of our digital products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Types of Digital Products

We offer the following educational floral design experiences:

• Online Bloom Sessions (Online Live Classes): Real-time virtual workshops or instructional sessions via Google Meet.
  
  

• Bloom Sessions On-Demand (On-Demand Recorded Classes): Pre-recorded floral design lessons accessible at your convenience.
  
  

• In-Person Bloom Experience (In-Person Classes): Hands-on floral workshops at designated physical locations. (May include access to digital prep or follow-up content.)
  
  

• Curated Wedding Collection (Recorded Wedding Style Series): A themed video series exploring wedding floral design styles in-depth.

2. Access & Delivery

• Upon successful payment, digital content will be delivered via email with access instructions or made available in your user account at learn.flowersbygbella.com.
  
  

• On-demand and wedding series content is typically accessible immediately after purchase unless otherwise specified.
  
  

• For live sessions, access information will be provided prior to the scheduled time, with replays available only when noted.

3. Usage Rights

All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Do not share, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content from Flowers By G Bella without express written permission.
  
  

• Access credentials are intended for a single user and must not be shared.
  
  

• We take intellectual property violations seriously. Unauthorized use or sharing of content will result in immediate revocation of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products:

• Bloom Sessions On-Demand and Curated Wedding Collection: All sales are final and non-refundable.
  
  

• Online Bloom Sessions: Refunds are not issued for missed sessions. If we cancel or reschedule, you may be eligible for a refund or course credit.
  
  

• In-Person Bloom Experience: Refund policies vary by class and will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.

5. Technical Requirements

To access our digital offerings, you will need:

• A stable internet connection

• A compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

• Video playback capability (for recorded classes)

• Access to Google Meet (for Online Bloom Sessions)

We are not responsible for issues resulting from technical limitations or user setup errors.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, images, worksheets, design concepts, and class recordings—are the intellectual property of Flowers By G Bella. Unauthorized use or distribution is a breach of this policy and may result in legal consequences.

7. Modifications to Content or Schedule

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content, class formats, or scheduling at any time. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify affected participants of significant changes.
